Day 1     

Fly into Kauai and arrive at our cute little studio cottage complete with waterfall view

I think we did a little snorkling at Tunnels Beach

An awesome evening with dinner and Live Music at Sushi and Blues

Day 2      

 Set out on Kalalau Trail

Miles are a lot longer in Hawaii than on the Mainland

Arrive Completely exhausted at Kalalau Beach just in time for sunset

Day 3      

Enjoy the morning exploring Kalalau Beach

Hike back to Hanakoa Valley and set up camp.

Short Excursion to Hanakoa Falls

Day 4

Hike back to Hanakapi'i Beach and setup camp.

Day 5

Due to a lot of rain and feeling a little under the whether, we skipped our trip to Hanakapi falls packed it out

Did some snorkling at Ke'e while waiting for check in time.

Arrived at our VERY cute cottage "The Coconut Hut"

And enjoyed our showers and soft bed after 3 nights on the trail.

Day6

Morning snorkling excursion in search of Turtles..there were none to be found however.

Off to Honolulu. 

Gramma Susan picked us up and went straight to Costco for hawaiian goodies!

All you can eat sashimi at Pagota for dinner!

Day 7

Had a nice breakfast with uncle Cho and Susan, then up to Cho's for some tangerine and aloe tasting in his back yard....(Couldn't get me to eat the Noni wich smells like old cheese!)

In the afternoon, Uncle John (Leo Luna) loaned us his Jetta for an excursion to the North Shore

Dinner with Leo, Lavanda, Raiden and, 2 month old Nicholas, Uncle Dan, Marianne, and Brittney.

Day 8

Met up with Tim and Katey and Josie and Tim's Dad

Had fun snorkling at Hanauma before a dinner and nice visit back at Tim and Katey's Diamond Head house.

Day 9

Sadly it was time to come home
